A new Editor-in-Chief for EJT

Fabio Cianferoni took the helm of EJT in Summer 2021. He also leads the newly-created Executive Committee.

After a decade with Koen Martens as Editor-in-Chief, EJT is now led by Fabio Cianferoni, entomologist and researcher at the Italian National Research Council (CNR), Research Institute on Terrestrial Ecosystems (IRET), Florence, Italy.

The Editor-in-Chief is the head of the newly-created board, the Executive Committee, which also includes his deputy Tony Robillard (MNHN-Paris, France), Publication Manager Isabelle Gérard (RMCA-Tervuren, Belgium) and her deputy Radka Rosenbaumová (NM-Praha, Czech Republic), and Liaison Officer Laurence Benichou (MNHN-Paris, France) and her deputy Niels Raes (Naturalis-Leiden, The Netherlands).

The Executive Committee has the mandate to take day-to-day decisions, address challenges faced by the journal, and contribute to funded projects.

Supported by its enthusiastic team, EJT is ready to thrive and engage the community of taxonomic researchers!
